🏷️ Exceptions

Certain items are like that one friend who’s always late—they just can’t come back once they’ve left the party. Perishable goods, custom items, personal care goodies, and some other select items fall into this category. Questions? Fire away!

If you’re in the European Union, you’ve got an extra 14 days to ponder your purchase. No need to spill the beans on why—just make sure your item meets the same snazzy standards as before.

💸 Refunds

Once we’ve got your return in hand and given it the once-over, we’ll shoot you a message to let you know if the refund’s a go. If all’s well, expect your funds to boomerang back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, your bank might take a hot minute to process it too. If it’s been more than 15 business days since the refund got the green light, give us a nudge at customer@kitchenbliss.life.
